QUOTE OF THE WEEK:
Realize that consistent performance is the result of consistent behavior, and that consistent behavior requires consistent thought.
H.A. Dorfman, sports psychologist and author.

As we strive to improve our efficiency in the water, it will require consistent thought to ingrain good technique. As we look ahead to the March Championships and spring/summer racing, we need to implement good habits in practice if we expect to see them in our races.

Take care,

Abe
