CMSC Coaches

Stephanie Morawski - CMSC Director

stephStephanie is the Director of the Cambridge Masters Swim Club and is in her 12th year as Head Coach of Harvard Women's Swimming <http://www.gocrimson.com>.

The 2007-2008 team finished second in the Ivy League producing several Crimson swimmers with National level times, eight school records, three NCAA qualifiers and four NCAA Academic All-Americans. Four Harvard women attended the US Olympic Trials and two attended the Canadian Olympic Trials.

A Harvard graduate, Stephanie earned All-American honors and qualified for Olympic Trials in 1988 and 1992 in the 200 breaststroke. Since joining US Masters swimming, Stephanie was a USMS All-American. Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard and earned a Master's degree at Harvard's Graduate School of Education.

Matt Davidson - Head Coach

mattMatt Davidson is entering his first season as the Head Coach of Cambridge Masters Swim Club. Matt comes to Cambridge after 3 and half years as the Head Junior Coach and Assistant National Team coach at the YMCA of the North Shore in Beverly. In 2006 Matt returned to Beverly High School to serve as the Interim Head Coach of the Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving. This past year Matt joined the Harvard Coaching staff as a volunteer assistant on the Women's Swimming and Diving Team. He is a Level III ASCA certified coach and was recently selected as one of 12 coaches nationally to participate in the ASCA Fellows Program. Matt studied Marketing at Salem State College and is looking to begin working towards a Masters Degree in Exercise Science later on this spring.

Dede Trimble Greisbauer- Guest Coach and Triathlete/Open Water Specialist

dedeDede is a 1992 graduate of Stanford University where she was a ten time NCAA All-American and finished 5th in the 200 m back at the 1992 Olympic Trials. After Dede's 39th place finish overall for women in the 2004 Hawaii Ironman, Dede decided to turn professional. She has a wealth of knowledge and joins our coaching staff as our triathlete and open water specialist.

 

 

Sarah Mooney - Assistant Coach

sarahSarah Mooney is a graduate of Old Dominion University where she swam for four years and was the team MVP in 2003. Sarah is originally from Rhode Island and was the Rhode Island High School swimmer of the year in 1999. In April 2005, in her first masters swim meet, Sarah won the female high point award at the New England Masters Short Course championship. Prior to joining Cambridge Masters, Sarah was an assistant coach with Providence Aquatic Club. She is currently pursuing her Master of Architecture at the Boston Architectural Center.
